Terms of Service

1. Scope of Service

Vintage Rose Furniture provides bespoke hardwood furniture design, manufacturing, and logistics services. All pieces are handcrafted in Nairobi, Kenya, in accordance with the Vintage Rose Hardwood Manufacturing Master Standard (VR-HMS v3.0 (Global Savant Edition)).

2. The Quoting Process

Quotations generated through our digital engine are indicative of project value. A quote only becomes binding once it has been reviewed by a Master Craftsman and a formal Invoice has been issued.

3. Payment Terms

• Commitment Deposit: A non-refundable 60% deposit is required to commence craftsmanship and secure raw material selection.
• Final Balance: The remaining 40% is due immediately upon successful delivery and installation.
• All prices are inclusive of 16% VAT (Kenya Standard) unless otherwise stated.

4. Material Characteristics

As we work exclusively with solid hardwoods, natural variations in grain, color, and character are inherent and celebrate the uniqueness of each piece. These variations are not considered defects but rather proof of authenticity.

5. Lead Times

Estimated lead times are typically 4-8 weeks from the receipt of the commitment deposit. These times may vary based on material acclimatization requirements and current workshop capacity.

6. Delivery & Logistics

White-glove delivery is provided within designated zones. Deliveries involving upper floors, hoisting, or locations outside of Nairobi may incur additional surcharges as outlined in the logistics schedule.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, technical specifications (including VR-HMS logic), and digital content on this platform are the exclusive intellectual property of Vintage Rose Furniture.
